Yep, returns were pretty straightforward for me. Just make sure it's in the original condition and you do it within their window. Read the policy on their site to be sure, but I didn't have issues.

what's the best way to clean a sinamay hat? got one from them and accidentally got a smudge on it.

Careful! Don't use water. I usually just use a soft, dry cloth or a very, very lightly damp one if absolutely necessary, but mostly just brush it gently.

They probably have care instructions on their site. Sinamay can be tricky, so I wouldn't use anything harsh. A lint roller might work for surface dust.
